The story is about an 18-year-old girl who one day starts having psychic visions about a young boy she was babysitting. Her hunches become more vivid as the boy draws near and she eventually locates him. She begins to realize that she has a gift and decides to help a policeman by the name of Ron Wilson to find a young girl in New Mexico. After finding the girl, she returns home to discover that her exploits have made the news. She ends up faced with the decision of helping others or living a normal life.
